We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of our education consultants, recruiters, agency associates, and students whose information is processed via our website and mobile applications.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use our website, Partner Portal web dashboard, and the Perfect Scholar Partner mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on whether you use the Web Partner Portal or the Mobile Application, we collect different types of data:

• Partner Account Information: Full name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, agency/business name, partnership start dates, contract details, and profile details.
• Student Referral Information: Student profile details (name, date of birth, citizenship, email, phone number), academic history (grades, institutions), and preferred universities/courses.
• Student Admission Documents: Academic transcripts, identification documents, passport copies, language proficiency test scores, and confirmation of admission documents.
• Device Permissions & Data:
  • Photo Gallery & Files: Used in mobile app to select and upload company logos and academic/admission documents.
  • Camera: Used to capture photos of documents or logos for instant uploads.
  • Notification Push Tokens: Used to deliver real-time notifications about student admission status updates.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process information to provide and improve our services, including:

• Managing your partner associate account and permissions.
• Processing student applications and coordinating admissions with target international and domestic universities.
• Storing and verifying academic credentials and admission documents securely.
• Calculating and distributing flat standard referral commissions.
• Sending important push notifications and email updates regarding student admissions.
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations for global student enrollment.

4. Data Sharing & Transfer

We do not sell your personal or student data to third parties. We share data only with:

• Partner Universities: The universities selected by the student/consultant for the explicit purpose of verifying eligibility and confirming admission.
• Service Providers: Secure hosting environments (Supabase, Zoho SMTP for OTP delivery, and S3-compatible cloud storage providers).
• Legal Authorities: If required by law, court order, or to prevent fraudulent recruitment practices.

5. Data Retention & Security

All user credentials, database records, and student documents are stored in secure cloud environments with encryption at rest and in transit. We retain personal and student data as long as necessary to fulfill the enrollment process or manage the partner agreement.

Super Admin Account Exception: Deactivation of administrator or partner accounts does not automatically delete core transactional records to ensure historical admission records are preserved.
